In order to guarantee the quality, InterChicken makes use of Track & Trace. This system makes use of bar codes, which are unique for every product. This code contains for instance information about the supplier, the date when the chicken was slaughtered and the checks carried out.
From arrival at InterChicken and during the production and packaging process the products are carefully monitored. All operations are registered. Consequently the origin and location of a product can be traced exactly. In this way InterChicken can show that the products were handled with the greatest possible care during the entire process.
